phtaya.ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Your phtaya.ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phtaya.ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
You agree to notify phtaya.ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. phtaya.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have formally notified us of a security breach.
phtaya.ph employs industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your account and personal data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your phtaya.ph account and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

phtaya.ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. phtaya.ph reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your phtaya.ph account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtaya.ph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtaya.ph accepts no responsibility.
Prohibited Payment Methods: phtaya.ph does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and the funds returned to the originating account.
phtaya.ph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where large or unusual deposit patterns are identified. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance measure required under Philippine law.
Withdrawal requests at phtaya.ph are subject to the following conditions:
All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. phtaya.ph reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for standard accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Bonus funds and promotional credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.
phtaya.ph reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not been fully verified; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or terms violation; (c) the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after accounting for active bonus wagering requirements.

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., due to a Terms violation), phtaya.ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Any unauthorized use of phtaya.ph intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya.ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
phtaya.ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phtaya.ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
phtaya.ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phtaya.ph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the phtaya.ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phtaya.ph through our internal complaints process.
